Industrial & Construction Safety Net

Helideck Nets are used on the offshore helicopter landing decks, oil rigs and platforms where more friction and support are required. The purpose of these nets is to prevent the Helicopter from rolling, skidding and pitching off the helipads.  Using natural fiber rope Sisal to avoid issues with rust & damage, the helideck net provides friction and grip for when the helicopter lands on the helipad.

Features

• Constructed of special rot proof treated ISI marked sisal rope capable of withstanding the most severe offshore weather conditions and ultraviolet radiation

• Helideck net are tucked interlocked and tied with sisal yarn at each cross section to prevent distortion of meshes.

CAP 437 Standards for Offshore Helicopter Landing Areas Chapter 3 7.3 states – “It is preferable that the rope is constructed of sisal, with a maximum mesh size of 200 mm.”

Standard Sizes

The minimum size of the landing net required depends upon the size/type of helicopter for which the landing area is to be used.  The following standard sizes are available:

• Small 9 metres by 9 metres.
• Medium 12 metres by 12 metres.
• Large 15 metres by 15 metres.

Our HDPE twine 2 mm Double Cord Nettings are suitable to install at the heights due to light weight and easy to install features.

These nets have diamond type hand woven mesh crafted by our skilled workers. The meshes are woven with two parallel twine of 2 mm diameter thickness that is why it is called 2 mm double cord net. Border rope and Tie ropes are made of tested quality yellow Polypropylene rope as per IS: 5175- 1992.

Besides these hand-woven double cord nets, we are capable to provide machine knotted double cord type net both in twisted twine and braided twine.

Cargo nets are used to load and unload cargo using a method of lifting that draws the corners of a net around its load to a gathered point located above the load providing secure and balanced lifting. Our cargo handling nets are manufactured from Polyamide and Polypropylene Ropes as these ropes have better shock absorption properties and therefore provide solutions for safer cargo lifting. 

A Cargo nets comprise of three parts

• Mesh Cord or Mesh Rope: The cord or Rope from which the mesh of the net is constructed
• Border Rope or Side Rope: The Cord or Rope which surround the net and determine the overall size of net i.e. Length and Breadth
• Tie Cord or Hands: These are the ropes attached to the border rope at all four corners, provided with loops by which the net is lifted.

Our Scaffolding Netting is a UV stabilized lightweight HDPE debris netting designed to protect workers and pedestrians walking near the base of a scaffolding structure. These nets prevent and minimize the risk of debris falling that could harm the workers and nearby properties. Our debris protection nets are UV stabilized to prevent nets from degradation by ultraviolet sun rays therefore they last longer. These nets are easy to install due to lightweight and can be carried out easily.  Our scaffolding nets are available in various weaving patterns and colour. Standard size of net is 3 M wide X 50 M length in roll form.

We also provide perimeter scaffolding nets which are made of best quality HDPE twine. These nets are available in 6 ply, 9 ply, 12 ply and 15 ply twines and mesh size from 15 mm square mesh to 30 mm square mesh. These are machine knitted twine net with surrounding border rope of 8 mm and 12 mm Polypropylene rope and available in different net sizes.
